What it is
Scams, data leaks, fake profiles and online exposure can cause distress, embarrassment and damage to your reputation. In many cases you can ask a court for compensation for moral damages (non-material harm) from the person responsible and, depending on the case, from companies or banks whose security failed. The lawsuit is handled by a partner lawyer registered with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).

What we will need from you
- An account of what happened and how it affected you
- Evidence: screenshots, links, posts and conversations (WhatsApp chats via the "Export chat" option)
- Proof of financial losses, if any
- Medical certificates or reports, if your health was affected
- Boletim de ocorrência (police report)
- ID document and proof of address
We never ask for passwords, verification codes or access to your accounts.
