What it is
We investigate fake profiles that use your name or photos, stores that take payment and never deliver, hacked accounts that started asking your followers for money, threats, stalking and unauthorized exposure. The goal is to preserve the evidence before it disappears and to try to identify who is behind the account.
How it works

- We work to identify the person responsible through open and lawful sources.
- We guide the report to the platform and the next legal steps.
What we will need from you
- Link and @ of the profile being investigated
- Screenshots of posts, stories and messages, with the date visible
- Links to specific posts
- If the hacked account is yours: the email and phone number that were linked to it
- An account of when and how it all started
- Boletim de ocorrência (police report), if you have already filed one
We never ask for passwords, verification codes or access to your accounts.
