Case 19 · Privacy

Possible removal of personal data from the internet

Requests to remove exposed data, photos and sensitive information, based on the LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law).

What it is

Are your data, photos or sensitive information exposed on websites, search engines, social media or leaked lists? We map where they appear and file removal or de-indexing requests based on the LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law) and each platform’s rules. When needed, the court route is assessed by our partner lawyer.

Removal depends on the review of the case and on each site’s or platform’s response. It is not guaranteed.

How it works

  1. We map where your data appears.
  2. We sort out what can be requested and through which channel.
  3. We send the removal and de-indexing requests.
  4. We follow the responses and tell you what was removed.

What we will need from you

  • Links to the pages where your data appears
  • Screenshots of those pages
  • Which data you want removed (address, CPF, photos, etc.)
  • ID document, to prove the data is yours
  • The context of the exposure, if you know it (data leak, fake profile, revenge)

We never ask for passwords, verification codes or access to your accounts.
