Case 04 · Investigation and location

Asset search for judgment debtors

Real estate, vehicles, companies and other assets to enforce a court judgment.

What it is

You won the lawsuit, but the debtor says they have nothing in their name? We research assets that can be pointed out to the judge for seizure: real estate, vehicles, companies, shareholdings and signs of assets hidden in other people’s names. The report is prepared for your lawyer to use in the case.

How it works

  1. We review the lawsuit and the debtor’s details.
  2. We search public records, companies and ownership links.
  3. We identify signs of assets held in other people’s names.
  4. We deliver a technical report to support the seizure requests.

What we will need from you

  • Case number (judgment enforcement proceedings)
  • Full name and CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) of the debtor (or, for a company, its registration number)
  • Copy of the judgment or decision
  • Updated amount of the debt
  • Addresses, companies and assets you already know about
  • Your lawyer’s contact details, if you have one

We never ask for passwords, verification codes or access to your accounts.
